They're clearly capable of doing it since they can do it with wizard spellbooks, but I thought they'd have it ready for the final release and they didn't. Don't know why that didn't carry over.Īlso, not having a proper implementation for alchemist formula books is a huge strike for me. The double-training is an annoying thing I noticed, and weirdly for some reason they had bonus school spells implemented during the playtest, but not in the final version. That said, you're right that they still haven't implemented a lot for 2e. Honestly I'm the other way round, after going to online I think the interface is much smoother and easier to follow than the old program. I can't recommend it at all in its current state. Various ancestry feats aren't implemented (dwarf 'unburdened iron' doesn't reduce some speed penalties despite the feat text explicitly saying it does) Some important information is missing (I had to look up the HP and break point of a shield on the archives instead of it being listed on the shields pop up panel) It throws up warnings if a skill is trained twice by two sources, but doesn't allow the redundant one to be retrained (you have to tick another one, then go to adjustments and basicly give yourself an extra one)Įverything to do with wild shape is just a bunch of errors.

The search function isn't anywhere near as good as the 1e offline version as it only searches for names and not keywords traits, modifiers etc.
Herolab online (the 2e version) isn't great.įirstly I've had intermittent access issues where it seems to be down. While I can recommend herolab for 1e all day (and often do).
